PLEASE NOTE: This return and exchange policy applies ONLY to product(s) purchased from www.blutrack.com. If you purchased your Blu Track products from another retailer you must return that product to that retailer in accordance with their return policy.

Return and Exchange Blu Track Items Originally Purchased from Blu Track:
Most unopened items and items received in new or “As New” condition sold by Blu Track and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window of items sold on www.blutrack.com begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered or made ready for pick up. Some items sold by Blu Track may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, on blutrack.com or in the item description. Restocking fees may apply. Items opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
Blu Track Racer and Blu Track Physics Car Guarantee
Blu Track Racers and Blu Track Physics Cars will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser for 30 days from purchase date. If defective, make a claim to customerservice@blutrack.com. Blu Track, in its sole discretion, may require proof of the product defect. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse. Valid only in the USA.

Return Delivery Charges:
We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional charges associated with an exchange and return. If merchandise is returned in new or “as-new” condition within 30 days of the purchase, a credit (for the item cost only, less than what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s). All returns & exchanges MUST include this completed form and a copy of your purchase receipt from blutrack.com. See below for complete instructions.

Ensure that no other tracking labels are attached to your package

Shipping: Please obtain a tracking number from the company you shipped through for proof of shipping in the event the package is lost in transit. Please email tracking number to: customerservice@blutrack.com
