Return and Exchange Policy

PLEASE NOTE: This return and exchange policy applies ONLY to product(s) purchased from blutrack.com. If you purchased your Blu Track® products from another retailer you must return that product to that retailer in accordance with their return policy.

Return and Exchange Blu Track Items Originally Purchased from Blu Track®

Most unopened items and items received in new or “As New” condition sold by Blu Track® and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.

Refunds may be offered in the form of a one-time-use store credit. Please be aware that you must use the full value of the credit in one purchase, as any leftover balance cannot be saved or applied to a future order.

The return window of items sold on blutrack.com begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped, delivered or made ready for pick up. Some items sold by Blu Track® may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, on blutrack.com or in the item description. Restocking fees may apply. Items opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Blu Track® Racer and Blu Track® Physics Car Guarantee

Your Blu Track® Racers and Blu Track® Physics Cars are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the original purchaser for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product has a defect, please make a claim by contacting customerservice@blutrack.com. Blu Track®, at its discretion, may require proof of the product defect.

Important Note on Coverage:

This guarantee specifically covers manufacturing defects. It’s important to understand that it does not extend to damage caused by:

  • Accidents: For instance, if the product is inadvertently dropped, stepped on, or sustains other unintended impacts.
  • Misuse: This includes using the product in a manner for which it was not designed (e.g., with incompatible accessories, subjecting it to excessive force beyond normal play) or improper handling contrary to its intended use.
  • Abuse: This refers to intentional damage, modifications not approved by Blu Track®, deliberate breakage, or clear neglect of the product.


This guarantee is valid only within the US.

Return Delivery Charges:

We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional charges associated with an exchange and return. If merchandise is returned in new or “as-new” condition within 30 days of the purchase, a credit (for the item cost only, less than what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s). All returns & exchanges MUST include this completed form and a copy of your purchase receipt from blutrack.com.

Return Requests

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be sent back and received by us within 30 days of your original purchase date, as per our return policy.
  • Products must be in their original, unaltered condition.

Returns not meeting these conditions:

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items that:

  • Are received after the 30-day return policy window has expired.
  • Have been altered from their original condition.

In such instances where items do not meet the above return criteria, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and these items will not be returned to the customer.

Step 1: Submit A Refund Request

In your account, select Orders to view order history on blutrack.com.

View Order Details

Find the order you would like to return, click “View”. To return the entire order, click “Refund my entire order”. To return a single product from the order, click “Ask for a refund” under that product.

Return Details

Provide details about the return, the reason you are requesting a refund, and submit for review.

We will notify you via email upon approval.

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Packaging Instructions:
Pack Your Item(s) Carefully

Repackage the product in its original box.
Ensure all original components (parts, accessories, etc.) are included.

Prepare the Shipping Box

Before sealing, please make sure there are no old shipping labels, previous tracking numbers, or other potentially confusing labels visible on the outside of your package.

Ship and Track Your Package

Choose your preferred shipping carrier to send the package.

IMPORTANT: Obtain a tracking number from your shipping carrier. This will serve as your proof of shipment and is essential for locating the package if it gets lost or delayed in transit.

Notify Us of Shipment

Once you have the tracking number, please email it to us at: customerservice@blutrack.com.

Including your tracking number helps us monitor for your return’s arrival and can expedite the process once received.
